Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The apartments are nice. But the insulation sucks. I could eveything frpm the people upstairs. You knew when they were exercising. The carpet had stains on it when we moved in. They gave us the wrong apartment, when we were promised a certain one. Then there is a pound limit on dogs, 25. A horse of a dog lived upstairs and they had the nerve to complain about our 12pd dog. They said they looked into the dog upstairs and he was "just visiting." Give me a break! Our one window leaked every time it rained.We kept towels folded underneath it at all times. They came once and looked at it but said it wasn't raining so they would get to it later. Well later never came. After the fire we had to deal with construction for 7months. Trash everywhere!!! The office didn't even care no matter how much we complained. I would not recommend this place. Too much money for the crap you have to put up with.
