Not nearly as bad as everyone thinks.

After reading all the negative reveiws by other tentants, I thought someone needed to share some positive opinions too.
As mention in other reviews, they have some problems, but overall a good place to live.
My major complaint is the maintence.
It will take weeks to get things fixed around the community.
For example, the woolpool has been broken since we moved in 4 months ago and the free tanning is still not up and running.
Other then that the apartment floor plans are new and modern.
The ammenties are also good.
There are 2 swimming pools, fitness center, free car wash, business center, playground, tennis/ basketball courts and hopefully soon the free tanning.
So far i have enjoyed living here and would recommend it to others.
