Being here two years now, I have seen no improvement in the staff, especially those in the leasing office. They are the most apathetic, fake bunch of people I think I have ever come in contact with. Unless you're signing a new lease, if you call or go into the office with a concern or a maintenance request they are short, they are snippy, they are NOT friendly by any means and they couldn't care less. In fact they act as if you're "breathing their air" and your mere presence is an enormous imposition on them. God forbid you have to pick up a package and they have to get up and walk into the next room. Horrors! Maintenance requests, if acknowledged at all, are very slow in being addressed. And as a previous reviewer said, they do try to charge you for everything. It's a wonder I haven't gotten a bill for the air I breathe. The water is atrocious here and everything is cakes with a smelly, limey, scaley build up that will not come off. The drinking water smells horrid and tases even worse. If you are an arachnophobe, don't move here because you will be overrun by spiders and other sreepy, crawly creatures. There is also trash everywhere on the grounds. When it's clean this is a beautiful property and very nice and safe to lie in, but its rare that trash isn't everywhere and obvious. Lastly, they don't even address noise complaints and issues, it's as if those complaints and issues don't even exist. Oh wait, I forgot- it takes too much time and effort for the office staff to do their jobs and address complaimts or maintenance requests.My next move will be into a house, and I have lived in several apartments nationwide, but I must say that these people here take the cake when it comes to apathy towards the residents and just plain rudeness. Bad.
