It was easy for my girlfriend to get enticed with the beauty and charm looking at the exterior of Lantern Woods. She even thought the staff was somewhat pleasant when she signed her lease. (I was skeptical which lead to a big I TOLD YOU SO) After the lease was signed that is where the pleasantries stopped. Every time, and I do mean every time, she had a question or complaint she was met with annoyance and disrespect by the queen b's of the office. I was able to witness their condescending attitudes when I was visiting and noticed the staff's behavior during a complaint.
I am not writing this from a spiteful perspective. It looks like what I say is consistent with everyone else. This is a warning to potential tentants, I don't want anyone else to hear I TOLD YOU SO!!

If you've never lived here, you should be banned from writing reviews. You complained about the office staff over and over. Okay, who cares, what about everything else? You deal with the office staff who might make $10-12hr max maybe 2-3 times total after you move in. Why base everything else on just them? If they were mean, so what, they were mean. So give the office staff a bad review. But what about everything else? Did stuff get fixed, was it loud, was it nice, etc etc. You should be banned from writing reviews sense you obviously don't know how to write one. You may not recomend this place, but at the least you can do is give real information so people who do use this site as a serious tool for looking at places to live, they have something real to read. I have lived at one of the worst apt. complexs in the Indy area (murders, etc) and just moved in, and while I don't have enough time here for a full "real" review, I can tell you it's not a 2 in every catagory. I wish apartmentratings could ban you.

good customer service is of utmost importance when pleasing your tenants no matter what dollar amt you make as a leasing agent. I've heard of similar experiences re: this particular complex i.e. beautiful apartment, poorly trained mgmt staff. I live at The Masters. The maintenance staff is experienced, the management staff professional while the apartments are clean, original and affordable; there isn't a single detail that's been missed in each of their floor plans. My response to tshell2002 is wake up, grow up, smell the coffee and learn how to spell. --Satisfied @ The Masters
