Very poor customer service and maintenance!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2006-01-01
Let's see:
Within a year-
Heating broke 5 times
Air conditioning broke 5 times
Apt has flooded twice
In all cases it took too long for a response.
Maintenance can't fix anything correctly the first time.
The staff in the club house is completely rude and un-empathetic.
When my apt flooded the second time - thousands of dollars of damage (furniture, etc)..flooding was due to their negligence.
They offered no apologies and never responded to any of my requests.
They cut a huge hole in my wall - and it took over a week to fix it! When I called corporate (Sentinel) - they hung up on me! They DO NOT care about the tenants!
I must say the apartments look nice..however very cheaply assembled.
Perhaps made out of balsa wood' You can hear everything!! Including the person upstairs going to the bathroom.
Also - the windows are horrible...I have to leave mine shut...cause I tried to open one and it fell out....literally.
Additionally- something is always broke in this complex - whether it is the carwash, tanning bed, excercise equipment or hot-tub (aka- kiddy pool - cause it never heats up).
