Neighbors are quiet, parking is sparse but not horrible. Good location, staff is so-so, 2 pools, free tanning, etc increase value. 9' ceilings and textured walls are great. Cable sucks - be sure you can get dish. Only high-speed is available through ATT/SBC - but I've never had a problem.

1 maint. issue in 9 months - broken washer - brought a new one next day (can't complain - they supply washer & dryer).

Would definitely renew lease, but I bought a house. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
