Outside is nice, landscaping, etc.

but it is very annoying that pet owners don't or aren't required to pick up after their pets - so don't step off the sidewalks! Parking is crazy, you're not assigned a spot so if you show up after 9pm be prepared to walk farther than you'd like - but I don't feel unsafe here.

I have noticed a mouse problem during the fall/winter, not in the apartment but in the walls.

You can here them running around the apartment in the walls.

The complex is near some woods, though, a house would probably be no different.

I live on the first floor and can occationally here my neibors above me, what's new.

The side mirror of my car was ripped off one day and no one even left a note, that was annoying since I though I was moving into a honest/responsible community.

Cable is terrible, some "mom & pop" company, and it's not even digital.

So if you have a nice HD tv don't plan on having anyone over to watch The Game because the picture will be terrible.

Depending on where your appartment is located determines if you can get dish or not.

But, because of all the amenities, location, price, 'It's okay'.

Never had a problem with the staff or maintenance people, had a broken window and it was fixed within the hour.
