I have lived in Lantern Woods for 3 years and don't love it anymore. I can hear my neighbors above and beside me at all hours of the day. The maintenance staff is unprofessional and I really don't think they know how to fix much. I wonder what the criteria is for getting hired!! They came to "fix" my leaking kitchen sink 3 times and when they finally figured out how to fix it, it still was wrong. They put the knobs on backwards, but I don't dare complain about that because it will take two weeks for them to even come over and they still won't be able to fix the issue. The only person who works in the office that is nice is Heather. All the others are rude and snobby and they have no reason to be. I miss Maggie!! Unfortunately, I will not renew another lease here, there are just too many negatives. I hate to move but they don't make it worth while to stay.
