I have lived at Sand Creek Woods now for 9 months, and I am looking forward to renewing my lease here!! The office staff here is absolutely wonderful. Not that I have had any major concerns but just little things that need to be addressed they act upon immediately. Coming up on the last two months of my current lease here they made sure to notify me ahead of time. Knowing already I wanted to stay here they went on to offer me an amazing renewal special. They offered me the same special they were offering to anyone new moving in! My rednt is actually going down, How can you beat that! They do what it takes to make this a permanent home. I highly recommend this community to anyone!!
