There is a really strange resident who lives here that stalks around late at night "walking", but I see him looking into windows (or trying to). I know he lives here becasue I've seen him enter his apartment. I caught him standing outside my building late one night. I was up late and had to get somethign out of my car. There he was...he didn't say a word, he just stared. Creepy. I e-mailed the staff with no response. I called the staff....no response. If they ask me why I'm leaving July 31st....they'll get no response.
