I lived here for a year and it started off great but the problems began to far outweigh the positives. Within the first two months my garbage disposal and ice maker broke and it took forever to get them fixed. Parking is ridiculous, so don't expect to have people over unless they are willing to walk a long way to your building. Also don't come home after 6:30 because you won't find a spot anywhere near your door. Also it seemed to me that the majority of residents were just on short term leases waiting for their homes to be built, so they didn't care how they treated the place. Trash not in the dumpster and pet waste all over the place. There are much nicer places in the Fishers area and I would reccomend them over SCW.
