I have lived here for a year and I was impressed with how hard the maintenance staff worked during our snow storm. They were out all day and night salting and doing their best. They even dug my car out for me. They make it worth it since the office staff is clearly not interested in customer service. They are only nice enough to get you to sign up and it's all down hill from there.
