I haven't logged on in awhile, but it hasn't gotten better. The new owners are still bad, they still lose mail, the exercise room, although open, now costs money. As soon as the lease is up...I'm outta here. They have SO many temp people because they can't keep help. The don't salt/plow, unless you count two days AFTER the snow comes. We've now recieved notices that they are an all CAT complex, so no more dogs. They will allow you to renew your lease w/ a dog, but who knows if they'll do that next year. There's no grilling area...there's concrete. They just care about the money, that's it. When you're driving in, you get dirtly looks from anyone coming into or out of the office, like you shouldn't be there while they are. It's just a horrible place to live, mine as well go down to Sunblest...it's about the same.

First of all maybe you need to get more information on "WHY" locks were changed, Yes thats right the "NEW" management company does not have "ANY" of thier apartment communities "MASTERED" so they are just trying to get away from the master key, no one lost anything, they just do not believe it is safe to have Master Keys floating around again you can look up Hunt Pacific Management and call "ANY" of the sister properties and none of them are mastered!!!!! That is why they are changing out locks. Also, maybe if so many people would cut them a break they could get more done, I feel strongly for this situation, I'm not from the office staff but do know the Management company and believe it or not every community that they own is sitting at 94% Occupied or Higher most in the High 90's so they do know what they are doing it just takes time to come in and get things organized and get things together, and soon things will be better and organized that property will be fine and the occupancy will rise with or without people like you. To those of you who are considering moving in here again ask about thier sister properties and review what is going on with them soon enough Sand Creek will be just the same. Thanks

Sand Creek will NEVER be the same as it was with JC HART! Thanks to Angel, Kristin, Tony & Danny! We all know whoever wrote that IS somehow connected to Hunt Pacific. NO ONE in Sand Creek has good things to say about this property now. NO ONE! So dont come on here, when you should instead, be organizing your new community and making it better for your residents. Is this what you do with your time?? No wonder there's so many problems! Lisa probably has the "temps" and people under her get on here to do this. How pathetic. I'll get on here 2 yrs from now and this complex with still have lower than a 40% rating. Right now it's 30%! That must make you feel great about what you've come in and done!

You know, I'd love to check out sister sights, but you know what happens when you google Hunt Pacific Management? you get our login to pay our rent. I find it kind of odd that the management company doesn't have a website. So, if you know the sister properties, you must know the company, or be affiliated in some way. I looked up the address that was on their first correspondence to us, the one that was actually on LETTERHEAD, and it was an address for another apartment complex. So, thanks for the nastiness, but I actually DID try to research the company, and got a maze going nowhere.

Dittos on that. I've had so many issues with management that I asked for the name of the management company but they wouldn't give it to me. So when you mentioned it, I got excited thinking that I could finally get someone to help me out or get me some info., but then I read the posting above and saw that I would get nowhere. Great. Back at square one.

Management, you know you wrote this! Haha I got a great laugh at you making yourselves look stupid. By the way... it is spelled "their" not "thier." Only somebody from management would know the statistics of the company. Good job! Now please get back to work.
