Up until last month Sand Creek Woods was a great place to live with a hospitable staff and management (J.C. Hart). Recently, and unbeknownst to its tenants, a new company bought out J.C. Hart and fired all of its reliable staff. I've lived here for three years, but I will be breaking my lease and moving out (thank goodness its a buyers' market!). The new managers are not only cold and unfriendly, but uncompassionate for loyal tenants. I've also heard rumors that they're giving the complex a "cosmetic overhaul" and won't be allowing pets as a result of the remodeling. This community was a cozy, friendly environment under J.C. Hart, but it has since been turned upsidedown - demanding we remove gas grills from our decks or we will receive an eviction notice. I think that's quite a severe punishment considering we received no warning prior to this the notice. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The new management takes advantage of its tenants and does not appreciate the ones that have lived here for several years.

Also, I was recently in the main office trying to find a package they had lost and overheard one of the new staffers quote pricing to some potential renters. They've increased prices significantly from what we're paying now. I'm guessing this "sucker pricing" is what will be used for that "cosmetic overhaul" we apparently need so badly. This place is a disaster. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I can't say it enough.

I was just in the office and as a matter of fact almost all of the units were lowered in price, also, the clubhouse is going to be great when it is finished. The fitness center is going to be 24! That's better than what J.C. Hart ever did!

I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW ANYONE COULD LIVE HERE.I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THE NEW OWNERS ARE NOT GOING TO RENEW ANYONES LEASE WHO HAS A PET(DOGS) CATS ARE FINE. THE NEW MAINTENANCE CREW ISNT AS SMART AS THEY THINK. THEY TELL YOU ONETHING AND DO THE COMPLETE OPPSITE.IM STILL WAINTING ON THE PHONE CALL THAT THE NEW STUPID-VISOR WAS GOING TO CALL ME BACK. THAT HAS BEEN 32 DAYS AGO.STILL NO PHONE CALL FROM HIM.IM SURE IF YOU TAKE A POLL EVERYBODY HERE WILL TELL YOU THAT TONY AND MICHAEL AND DANNY WOULD HAVE DONE ANYTHING TO KEEP THE RESIDENTS HAPPY AND TO RETURN A PHONE CALL.

This post is for the individual who knows that "matter of fact almost all of the units were lowered in price, also the clubhouse is going to be great when it is finished." For someone that is only a potential renter, you sure do know a heck of a lot about Sand Creek Woods. I'm certain in the few short minutes you were here obtaining pricing for the units, they were able to explain to you about the new 24/hour fitness center and give you an explanation about how much better the new management is over J.C. Hart, right?! Seriously, NEW MANAGER of Sand Creek Woods - you need to stop wasting your time making posts to people's comments and focus on what really needs attention - like the people's toilet that overflowed during the weekend. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
