i am a resident of sand creek and i am nothing but pleased with the changes made to the complex already. perhaps the office staff isn't up to par, but luckily i don't have to deal with anyone there for the most part...pay my rent on time and call if i have a problem...other than that, maintenance has been prompt to any issues and i am excited to see what changes new management has in store. for everyone that has nothing better to do than complain-move out. all the issues that you think are so terrible are issues in any apartment complex for the most part. there are plenty of other apartment complexes...so choose another if all you can do is immaturely deal with change. as for me, i am more than ready to accept any changes they can make. i wasn't happy with sand creek's appearance and true customer service (maintenance) until new management took over. people that want to complain, do so...but realize that you all sound like blubbering idiots.

and NO, i am not part of the new staff, just someone that is tired already of the incoherent bitching. give it time, or get out.

just my opinion...let the rebuttals begin (idiots).

:)

They are only unogranized due to the mess they were left with, why don't you ask about thier sister properties and read the repsonses there you will see that they are VERY well managed and have HIGH ratings; give it time and if you have issues with someone not being nice get thier names get the hom office number and contact them to complain.

Anyone with half an education can tell by the way this is worded (like other favorable posts) that this was composed by someone bitter and defensive. Someone with an agenda. Otherwise, who really cares what anyone thinks about the management. I hate them, they're a huge pain in the ass, but I don't feel the need to make a huge complaint. It won't make me feel better. But noone would defend a place with these kind of problems especially if they were "unaffected" by any of them. They childish name calling ("losers") is exactly the kind of thing I'd expect from these people who seem so bothered by customers. They'll see, you can't have a successful customer based business with unhappy customers. And forget the other properties reviews. They aren't being ran by the people who work here. This place just sucks anymore...

I am looking to move from Indy to Fishers and I really considered renting from Sand Creek Woods until my google search brought me to these ratings. I am shocked at how unhappy people seem to be with the staff. It sounds as if the management company wants to overhaul their tenants, by out with the old and in with the new. But I won't be renting and if anyone else reads these I am sure they won't rent from here either. So their in with the new motto may backfire.

Is this person for real (shutupaboutsandcreek)? Either they do not live there or they stay inside their place and never come out. The property is nice but management sucks and nothing new has been done. I am over the fact that nothing new is going to happen and that the management does not care so of course I am moving out, but for the amount of rent I pay just like everyone else I would expect to get my monies worth. I will miss this place when we had an awesome staff. As for the new staff, I hope you guys get your act together. You need to communicate more with your renters and let them know about the changes. Do not expect to take over a property and not let anyone know right away. It is rude and unfair. Change is not bad, but it all depends on how you go about it.
