CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE OUT OF HERE!

Alright, where should I start'' First off, all the people that come defend this new management are either A) The new management or B) Havent had any problems, which surprises me! so most likely, they're the new management coming on here trying to keep their percentage higher than 30%...

I have never had any more problems with an apt complex than I've had with THIS one. Only since October when they took over. If I didnt have inside info, I would've never known about the new management. However, I must say the new management is very rude, and NOT happy to help. We all miss Angel, Kristin & TONY especially! These maintenance guys are so rude, I guess we're all used to being WAVED to and treated like they want us there. I've lived here going on FOUR years and have never felt not wanted. If anything, I felt they were too nice!

So onto my problems... we get letter after letter about BS. The locks. Why didnt they do this when they FIRST took over''' Well, I get home only to find my door wouldn't shut all the way after they changed the locks! Ok, I dont ALWAYS lock my door when I'm home, but if it was left like THAT, I would've had to, so I immediately called and they came back and fixed it, but not all the way. Whatever.

I called on a Saturday for a minor maintenance issue regarding my backdoor and spoke to - YET AGAIN - a temp. Is that all they have working there'' No wonder there's so many problems! So she tells me she'll write the work order up and they'll be there Monday. I get off work Monday, get home, no one was there! Nothing was fixed. Are you kidding''' I once again call up there, this time to speak to Lisa (yes, I'll use names, b/c as a MANAGER, she's not good at her job) - she tells me maintenance will be over before 6pm. (God forbid they work over) 5:58 rolls around, still no one's come. I call back before the scoot out of the office, and she says "oh, well I'll radio him" - no apology, no nothing. So FINALLY he came and fixed it.

I've had MANY other problems with not only maintenance orders not being written up or done on time, but being walked in on - w/out permission to hand out my key. I had a note on my door written in black marker that said "We WAS here to fix dryer vent" How professional!! We WAS Here''' I called because I didnt even know what they were talking about & they argued w/ me saying they sent out letters and they actually came in the day before. No, I never got a letter and neither did my neighbor. So they're full of ----.

If you're reading this and possibly looking into moving into this property - DON'T DO IT. This place has gone nothing but DOWN since October when the new managment took over. And what is with us paying $25 deposit for using our fitness center - it's not even that nice!! There's FIVE pieces of equipment in there!!!!!! The basketball court closes when they close.... who plays b-ball from 830-6, everyone WORKS! Get rid of it then!

Also, if you're going to send out letters to people for paying rent on the FIFTH, make sure you send out letters when the last day rent is supposed to be due. NOTHING was said about this when we got our "welcome" letters from them. I know people having problems with the mgmt saying they owe past due amounts, when they've paid it on the 5th! This is just ridiculous. They've been here how long now and they're still so unorganized!

The end of my lease can't come soon enough - and why am I getting letters saying they want us to stay - we have a dog anyway, they dont allow people with dogs, so SCREW YOU! We wouldn't stay anyway!
