I just moved in on Wednesday and so far I have been happy. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and the staff was quick to respond. I was hesistant to move here after all the bad postings, but so far so good...We'll see!

so what exactly has the management done that was so horrible to you?

Management has not done there job which is horrible to me. I pay rent on time every month but yet maintenance can not get off their lazy ass to fix my faucet. Plus, management is not friendly, and communication is down the drain. Also, lets not forget that it took them about 4 months to renovate the fitness area, and what do we have now? $25.00 charge plus the basketball court looks exactly the same it did before. Plus, why can't you have pets or why do you have to move your grill? Why are policies changing when it seemed like everyone was doing fine. I have never heard of any complaints about pets or grills until new management came and changed up everything. Overall, management sucks and you know it. It is not something we just realized. This has been going on for months. The old staff was great and no one ever complained about them. That is ok though. I am finally moving out to a better place. I just hate that I had to leave a place like this unsatisfied. It was a wonderful place to live once.
