EVERYONE PLEASE...don't listen to the people who have been talking trash about the apartment complex. I have lived at other complexes before and this one is by far the BEST! The management is so friendly and I don't get why people are saying otherwise. If you go into the office you would see that they are very busy due to becoming the new management staff; but they are never too busy to not recognize when someone walks into the office. The new fitness facility is GREAT! Someone said you have to pay to use it...it's only $25, but it is a 24 hour facility and that $25 is a deposit that you get back when you move. You are paying for the magnetic card to get into to facility after office hours. I started a new job up here the end of last year and I live by myself! This complex is great! Someone said something about getting notes left on their door about the grills on the patio. That is a common thing that grills are not allowed on the patios. It wasn't allowed for my complex in Texas. And for a good reason. One of them being that having grills and other junk on your patios make the complex look trashy. Those people need to be respectful of others. Other people do live around them and that needs to be kept in mind. As I have said before, the management staff is the greatest staff you could possibly have, including maintence. They are so nice and always wave and say hello as I go by. They are very busy since there are so many people living in this complex but they make a great effort at trying to get to you ASAP when you call to have something fixed. For me, it has always been the same day. If you ever need help hanging something up that you cannot quite do yourself, or if you don't have the right tools to do it, they will come get the job done for you. Since this management is quite new, they are doing everything possible to make it a better community for everyone... they can only do one thing at a time. Just be patient. To all these jerks who have been complaining... if you are so unhappy, then leave. I absolutely love this place. It's in a great location and everything will just keep getting better. When I moved in, there were a few elderly couples who highly recommended the place to me. They were saying how well they have been taken care of at Sand Creek Woods. I don't know why this place only have a 34% positive rating. I have been to 2 other compelxes in the area...Sunblest and Conner Farms. They have a great rating and they are definitely trash and they are really outdated. I have some friends who live at Sunblest and the HATE IT! This is the best possible apartment complex.

Is this person on crack? It must be someone who works at Sand Creek. The only time it was great was before the new management took over. It use to be very pleasant. I am glad I did not refer anyone to move here. That would have been a very big mistake. I will miss my apartment but not the service. I have never lived at a place like this before and guess I got too spoiled with great service. The new management truly pulled me down from the clouds. I will not miss living at this place. And for redsfan1, stop lying buddy. Come back down to reality.

I agree... this totally has to be a manager/employee and Sand Creek! OH and I would move out if they wouldn't charge me the $1500 to break my lease (which is rediculous since I only have 1 month left and my rent is only $625... freaking geniuses)! All they can talk about is POLICY POLICY POLICY and they have NO compassion!

I agree! It is all "POLICY, POLICY" here. The management has no compassion. They make the policies benefit only them. Let's not lie to ourselves... a manager totally wrote that and I am embarrassed for them! They have nothing better to do with their time (and they should since this place is such a dump). Please management find something better to do i.e. fix things around the complex or say hi to your residents.
