I have lived here for two years and I have had no problems. Everyone keeps complaining about the notes on the doors, grills, dogs, whatever. I have a grill, took it off my patio like they asked and I looked into it and it is a law that they have to be 20 feet away from the buildings. Also, I have a dog and they are letting me keep it. They did come into the apartment and make sure that there were no damages by the dog and that upset me a little but I understand. I haven't had any major problems with this apartment complex. I did get a letter saying I owed a significant amount but when I went to the office we got it cleared up. I did notice a resident that came in and was very rude to the staff. I don't think that the staff here is the problem. I think it's some of you residents. I would recommend Sand Creek Woods to anyone. I do wish the kitchens were a little more updated but that's why these apartments are less expensive then the others. Also, why are all of you complaining about everything but nobody leaves their names...its all posted anonymously

I was allowed to keep my dog too. I just recently got a notice after being here for three years that I was not allowed to sign another lease with them and they were now kicking me out because they don't want ANY dogs here. They won't even extend it for one month. They told me it was not their "problem." That now leaves me homeless because my house won't be built in time to move in.
