I have lived here since May and have experienced no problems. I think the apartments are nice and large expecially for the money. I have lived in a few other apartment homes in Carmel and one in Evansville, and have payed way more than I am paying now for much less of an apartment. The staff has always been friendly, I can tell they are usually busy though. I love that you can access the workout room 24 hrs. My daughter even got locked in the bathroom once and two of the staff members immediately helped me. The location is great. Having a grill and pet are not issues to me because I know the law and it is very unsave to have a grill on an apartment patio. And I hate seeing other peoples dog poop all over the grass when my daughter is playing outside. I just wish these apartments were also smoke free because whoever lives above us smokes on their patio and ashes constantly fall on ours so I don't feel comfortable allowing my daughter to be out there. I totally agree! I've been here since last November and have been completely happy. The management staff is great and the maintenance staff is awesome as well. They have helped me so many times, whether it's hanging up something for you on the walls or unclogging your bathtub, they are usually pretty quick in responding. I was complaining about dogs pooping in the yard below me and loud music being played by my neighbors late into the night and both of those families have moved out. And, for those of you who like to grill, there are community grills here. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone. It's great!

Maybe you should take your daughter and put her in a bubble too so that she has a happy and safe life. Just wait until you live here for awhile. I guarantee you won't be satisfied. The second that the complex does something you disagree with you will be on here complaining.
