I have lived here for a few years. I experienced the old and new owners. The old staff were wonderful and friendly but the new staff have been nothing but rude. Although, James has been very friendly and easy to work with.

The pet deposit had been paid upfront a few years ago with the old owners. They were friendly and welcomed dogs. Now the new staff sent me a rude letter telling me that I had to be out in less than four months. They decided awhile back that they didn't want dogs anymore. Since I had never had any complaints about my dog or myself and had always paid my rent on time, I figured that they would let me extend my rent one month until my new home was ready. I called the office and explained my situation. I told them that I was going to be homeless because I needed a place to stay for one "extra" month. I was told that it was their "new policy that they had agreed on a year ago." I asked why I had been given since short notice, if that was the case' The office manager told me that "four months was ample time." They are kicking me out in February (in the middle of snow and ice) and refuse to help me. She stated to me that "it wasn't her problem if I was homeless and it wasn't her situation to fix." I asked her as "one human being to another to help me out." Her statement to that was, "well, as one human being to another, I am sure we both have jobs and policies to follow. You will just have to figure something out on your own." Nice...

This company has absolutely no loyalty towards their tenants. They are not friendly when they see you. This place has really gone down since I first moved in. They have also tried to overcharge me on rent and then lied about it. The maintenance are the only people that have been friendly to us. I would not suggest this place to a homeless person if it was given to them for free.

By the way... the apartment has the worst windows I have ever experienced. It is freezing in the winter!

This person is totally right! The old staff were wonderful! But when the new owners came in, they got rid of their staff and brought in rude ones, like Elaina!! Craig is great...I hope he finds a better job!! He deserves it!
