No community gets 100%. In all honesty, there are spiders and some rollie pollies in the summer. I love my apartment and the ladies are nice and friendly unlike their other property. However, maintenance is not always as quick as they should be. Trying to get something done on the weekends is virtually impossible. They fireplaces are nice to have but they do not have blowers on them so it doesn't save you any money on heating. You are paying more for the look than anything. So in other words it is over rated. I would recommend this place but it is older with dark trim & doors.
