Club house fiasco !!!

Hi Guys,
Just wanted to let you know my experience
Appreantly these folks have totally remodeled the CLUB HOUSE !!
I used it over last weekend for arranging a BABY SHOWER for my wife and guess what AC does not work at all neither does FREEZE, I ended up paging EMERGENCY NUMBER 3 times , no one ever responded back.
We were all (20 ) baked inside on a day of 100 temprature , My Icecream Cake was almost melted inside the Freeze, I ended up cancelling the whole event.
This was total 'fiasco' ,after calling the SUNBLEST mgmt their answer was 'well we know there was a problem , we thought it may have been fixed !!'.
An example of absolutely worst Customer Service !!
