Over priced, way over priced! Unbelievably high energy bills...outrageous in the summer and even worse in the winter. On the positive, I never had any major maint problems. The apartments look nice enough, but have a very bad reputation. I am guessing that if there were more reviews for Sunblest, the overall percentage would go way down.

Curious about the subject line' How many people can live in one apartment' Answer: the office staff doesn't care as long as the place is rented. See for yourself...go take a walk through the complex and check out some apartments. The one below me had beds setup in the living room and separated by hanging sheets. I think they had at least two families and (I counted) 7 people living in a two bedroom apartment. Um, I'm pretty sure they were breaking some housing laws. Even if they weren't, how trashy can you get' Also, one morning I went down the stairs and saw the window in the apartment below had been broken out from the inside and there was blood all over it. I guess a fight had broken out and they got a little rowdy. That is just one example of many. Ever seen a fat chick being pleased on the kitchen table' Well, you could see that just by walking through the complex, too. I'm telling you, stay away from this barrio.

We've had a great experience here at Sunblest. You can end up with bad neighbors anywhere you go. And it's not really very polite to look in your neighbors windows in any complex. Also our energy bills are around $50 in mild months, $80-$100 in the warmest or coldest months.

haha I noticed this and commented to the office staff when I lived there in/around 2002-03. I was surrounded by mexican neighbors and I swear a few times a week a new car would show up with a matress strapped to the top. The staff memeber gave me a number (something like 2 adults per bedroom) but there had to have been 12 people living in one apartment that backed up to mine.
