Went in recently to look for an apartment and was greeted by the a woman who appeared to be a member of the maintenance staff.
The rental agent who was with another client in the lobby didn't as so much make eye contact with me nor acknowledge my presence in any way, shape or form. I know she knew we were there were black and sitting at the table next to her.
She could have had the professionalism to say I'll be right with you or will be right back after taking the other prospect on a property tour.
Needless to say I hope that management reads these reviews, as I will be writing to their corporate office. Because I have money to spend and unfortunately their company will not be getting any.
