Price is ok, location is great (Fishers makes this apartment better than most), they just installed BIG speed bumps, turn off #1. The landscapes have been clean and well maintained, as of late they are lacking a bit. They removed the recycling area and made it trailer/boat storage which I guess is good for those that use it...
The apartment we looked at had full-size washer drier with a pantry, apartment we where given has a stack unit and no pantry; limited cabinets. Windows screens don't fit correctly so leaving them open in the summer is a crap shoot on bugs and break-ins. Apartment was clean when we moved in, but we had a flood right after we moved in that took 2 weeks to cleanup, dry out and repaint, so I slept in the living room on the couch for 2 weeks with my stuff piled to the ceiling on the other furniture. I was given a $20 gift card and told sorry. Office staff can sometimes be friendly but most of my encounters have been rude and very stand offish. Don't plan on talking to someone on the phone when you call (leave a message and they might get back to you). The last couple times I've tried to reach the Management Group that owns the facility their phone number has been disconnected. Maintenance guys are GREAT, friendly, and helpful. It s hard to tell when they are coming to plan on being here though. We signed the pet amendment saying do not enter unless someone is home and they have been in the apartment without us here (then we get home and dog is locked in the bedroom with no water or food and no one knows for how long).
SNOW REMOVAL this year was a joke! They bring the snow blowers out but don't go to the apartment doorways, just the sidewalks out front (and that is usually AFTER you go to work). The roads are plowed and maneuverable... but the snow is left behind your car or in front of empty parking spaces making it impossible for people without 4wd or small cars to get in and out of spaces. You get notes on the door all the time, the most recent was suggestions of ways to park so they could clear the parking spaces out and clean the sidewalks easier... I've yet to see parking spaces cleared out this year. There are 2foot drifts next to and 3 foot drifts behind my vehicle that is sitting on top of 6" of packed snow from last week. Allow extra time in the morning to dig yourself out and plan on digging in when you get home. Last year was decent; this year removal has been bad. We've been here two years and I think we coming to our last year here.

I have lived at Sunblest for 3 years and every time I have ever called during office hours they have answered the phone and been friendly. I also have a pet and nothing like this has EVER happened to mine! I do agree with the snow removal being very lousy though!!!
