I have lived in Sunblest for three years, and have been really pleased overall. The staff and maitenence crew is always kind and helpful, and I love the grounds and floorplan of my apartment, as well as the work out area!!
My only problems have been how the pools are always jammed with kids,so a single adult cannot really enjoy them, and they seem to rent single apartments to multiple people...ie 6 people living in one apartment..
Parking is easy, the apartments are really sound proof compared to others I have lived in like Lantern Woods.
These aren't the most "modern" in Fishers, but over all I have found they are your best bet for apartment living...NO DOUBT!
