We lived there for around a year and 2 months. When we moved up here they didn't have many open apartments at the time so we ended up with a 3 bedroom. Very lovely and lots of space.

Parking is okay. We ended up having to rent a carport spot just so we knew we would get a spot infront of our building. Sometimes we would have to park the other car a building away cause the lot was full.

Location is wonderful. You are right in the middle of town. You got the post office, BMV, Library, policy and fire station just around the corner. Also the landscaping is very pretty. There are a few ponds you can fish at and usually a lot of geese and ducks around.

The walls/ceiling is a little thin so you can hear the neighbors. The neighbors had a dog that barked all the time. Also if the neighbor above us was using the bathroom, we could hear it.

Maintance was always fast, sometimes took them a few tries to fix things, but they always tried and was always friendly. Office staff was also friendly and usually very helpful. Almost always was able to get ahold of them when I called.

When we moved in we only had six days notice we where moving, and Sunblest helped us so much make that move go easy (we moved across state). They even had a welcome bag on the kitchen counter when we moved in! I felt like a princess :-D! Also when we moved out they where easy to work with. We were having a home built and they where very understanding and worked out a lease to help us.

I still miss sitting in the breakfast nook and starring out the window and its been a few months since we lived there. It was a really friendly neighbor hood. It's hard to find such a great place to live where you actually felt safe.

Sunblest was the first apartment I had lived in where I actually felt safe in my own home which is a great feeling you can't get every where and I think that says a lot about these apartments.
