I've been living here for over two years now and I don't think anything could be better. Maintenance is very quick to respond, but I haven't needed them much - just for routine things. The landscape is beautiful and well-maintained. All my visitors notice how pleasant it is here. Whenever I do notice a piece of trash somewhere, it's always gone the next time I go by. They've just re-roofed all the apartments (as far as I could tell) and seem to always fix things BEFORE they start looking shabby. Last winter, a little paint chipped off my front door from the extreme wind we had and they painted it on the first day we had that was warm enough, without any word from me. They constantly have people riding around on golf carts looking for things which need to be done. The office is very pleasant and helpful.
The snow removal was a little rough last winter (as one respondant mentioned), but I don't expect them to remove ALL the snow from around every car when we get huge amounts at one time. They are very quick to plow and they DO remove snow all the way up to, and including your doorstep right away. The private entryways are very nice too.
This is definitelly the best apartment complex I've ever lived at and I would recommend it to anyone. As a single woman, I feel very safe here.

Puhlease! The snow removal was a nightmare! They made single passes and blocked a lot of people in, I helped a few of my neighbors dig out. The maintenance staff rides around in golf carts because the place is so huge, they are always busy and the wait for a repair is ridiculous. This whole review sounds fishy, does the reviewer work in the office? If you want an honest review check the Fishers Police Department online blotter to see how many break ins and thefts happen at Sunblest. http://www.fishers.in.us/department/division.asp?fDD=10-123 The place is not that safe.

Maintenance has been quick for me, but they are also quick to give up or give an easy (wrong answer). If it's not a quick fix, good luck.

Update: I've now lived at Sunblest for over 3 years and no, I don't work for Sunblest. I'm a computer programmer. I don't dispute your negative experiences at Sunblest - but from my experience, it truly seems as if we're speaking of different complexes. Every time I've called maintenance they've arrived the same day and have corrected the issue (though I have had no 'major' issues). The staff is always very friendly -- but not sappy -- just helpful. I'm not going to accuse you of working for a competing apartment complex because your review was negative so please don't falsely accuse me. The company I work for is now moving to the south side but every time I look into other apartments, it makes me seriously consider commuting. I feel very secure here, things are always quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Anybody know of a nice complex near Stop 11?
