These are absolutely the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Not only will they not show you the apartment you will be renting, you will be flat out lied to about the place. I was told by a leasing agent that these apartments were less than 10 years old when I signed my lease. It turns out they are over 20! Don't be fooled by a model! They are advertised as having washers and dryers, good luck getting yours to work.

My apartment was a sty when I moved in and had a ton of cleaning to do. You may want to brush up on your Spanish before you move in, it will help you to communicate with your neighbors, who don't speak any English.

I had to move out due to a black mold infestation that is common in Sunblest. You will even sign your rights away with a Mold Addendum. Don't sign it and don't move here if you value the health and well being of you and your loved ones.

I was finally able to get out of my lease with help from the Health Department! Cold and flu like symptoms' Skin rashes' Chronic Fatigue' If you start seeing a lot of sooty black deposits around your air vents have your air checked in the apartment by an outside professional, you probably have mold. Don't expect much help from the staff who won't even say the "M" word.

Who has been writing all of these positive reviews about this dump' Apartment Ratings needs to start checking IP addresses. Must be the office staff, maybe that's why they are so slow to respond to any requests. They are nice before you sign the lease then watch out! They quickly turn into She-Devils! The head landlady should be waterboarded! She is that awful!

Save yourself the trouble, don't sign the mold addendum, don't sign anything, just don't move here!!!

Avoid Sunlake too, it's owned by the same rotten company!

I think that's a little harsh. Sue has always been more then fair.
