My husband and I lived in Sunblest 10 years ago and then again last year. It has definitely gone down the tubes. The apartment was not well maintained. The handles were coming off the cabinets, the washer and dryer were HORRIBLE, the carpet was stained, the toilet seats broke constantly, they wouldn't flush, the fridge shelves were broken, the apartment wreaked like cigarette smoke and curry. We were constantly "witnessed" to by our ------ neighbors. Don't move here! We also never slept well one single night in 5 months and had a Headache almost every day from the smell.
