I have lived in Sunblest for several years and think it's a great place. The buildings are a older than several other complexes in town, but the rent is considerably lower here and makes for great value. Maintenance staff has always been timely, professional, and gets it fixed ASAP (they even leave a little bag of candy when they're finished with a note about all the work they did). I had a problem with my microwave, called in and it was replaced with a whole new unit same day. Overall in three years I haven't had many maintenance needs anyway.

The location is great - within walking distance of the library, a Super Target, ice cream, sushi, and a few eateries and taverns. My neighbors are friendly and fairly quiet and I've never heard any significant disturbances anywhere in the neighborhood.

The gym equipment is a little older but generally in fair shape (if only some of the residents treated it better). They've also added new cardio machines over the last few months. Racquetball courts are popular, though I don't play. The main pool was just renovated and looks great and there is a secondary pool for people that live further from the main clubhouse. New playgrounds were recently installed too. The improved car wash station (added last summer) now has a canopy so you can dry your car before the sun does. A good example of their thoughtfulness was when they added pet cleanup stations all around the community. There are a lot of pets here and people weren't great about picking up after them. They've now added little trash stations with baggies -- it isn't foolproof but shy of keeping someone on watch all the time it seems like a great effort toward a solution.

Overall, it seems like they are always improving something, putting your rent money to good use. I would highly recommend this place to anyone moving into town. It's not the newest or fanciest, but really your apartment will be what you make of it and the value is high. Definitely worth a look.
