I lived at Sunlake for 4 months while me and my wife's house was being built. The apartment was very nice and plenty of storage. The apartment had a washer and dryer which was nice because we sold ours with our house. The only thing that I wish that was different was the short term lease fee, but I guess that comes with any apartment.
