PROS
1. Great Location - easy to access Highway 37 and Interstate 69
2. Friendly neighbors
3. Spacious apartments
4. Prompt maintenance staff

CONS
1. Parking spaces are small - have lots of dings on side panels of cars due to neighboring car's doors hitting vehicles
2. Windows and doors are very drafty even after maintenance staff replaces weather sealers
3. Kids, kids, kids all over, unattended by parents or adults
4. Mailboxes are not maintained (often have very wet mail)
