Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Pros: The building I lived at had wide parking spots. Attractive looking apartments with lots of sunlight(hence the name).
Cons: lots of kids, my car got broken into. Maybe not really the managements fault but crime might be a problem there since I saw a few broken car windows there.
Oh yeah, dont live on the 2nd floor. Hot in summer and cold in winter.
