We have lived at Sunlake for 3 months and find the complex to be delightful. We are X residents of North Haven and feel that Sunlake is so much better,,,more mature and not as clinically landscaped. The mature trees add a feeling of homeiness. Our apartment is very spacious and well laid out. Also, as to the standoff,,,that can happen in any neighborhood because nobody can know what their neighbors are really like. But, the management at Sunlake did a wonderful job as well as the police dept and SWAT team in keeping all residents safe and updated on what was happening. I feel safe in the complex and love the children running around..their laughter keeps me young. Would highly recommend to anyone...young or old.
