Sunlake is a nice enough looking community. The same family owns another complex that is on 116th street across from Osco Drug Store. The plans are basically the same but the grounds are nicer, the buildings better maintained, the rent slightly less, far friendlier office staff, and they don't charge a premium for short term leases. I toured Sunlake first where the office staff was extremely rude. They charge a $50 a month premium for a nine month lease (we're building a house). We didn't even ask to tour an apartment because we were so put off by the staff. We then went to Sunblest where we met with Melissa and fell in love with the place. The apartments are lovely, nice and big with good closets. We signed a least the same day.
