First of all, if you're person in your 20's or younger and are wanting to live in a complex where there's people within your same age bracket, this is not the place! All there is is older adults with kids, kids, kids. The pool is totally over run by little brats! I was told when I first moved in that there was a mixture of ages, and that they did have some pool parties during the summer. WRONG!!

The office staff has been extremely rude since my stay here, and does not help out whatsoever. They're not willing to go the extra mile to fix things that look crummy in an apartment. Their maintenance staff half fixes everything and always does the cheapest way of fixing everything.

Also, I don't know what 1st floor is like, but DON'T get a 2nd floor apartment. The insulation is very poor! In the winter, you freeze to death! I didn't even put my thermostat on 70 in the winter time, and still I had over $100 for an electric bill!! In the summer, you pretty much fry.

And yes, I will definitely agree with the prior comments about the managers. They SUCK!!! I definitely will not be signing a new lease here.
