I've lived at Sunlake for over a year now, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to move to Fishers. The staff has always been helpful, and I have not had any major issues with my apartment. The minor things like a sink stopper or laundry door hinge were fixed by the next day. I've never run out of hot water or had problems with the heating or cooling. I definitely like the upper floor - vaulted ceilings and no noise from neighbors.
