We have lived here for almost 4 years and have had nothing but problems with the rude staff. Miss Judy, as we call her, drives around all day on her little golf cart looking for things that are not to her liking so she can stick a little notice on you door. All she does is police everyone's every move, complain, and yell. It's like living with your parents. I have yet to hear from one resident that is happy with her or any of the staff for that matter. I can say the the maintanence crew is extremely nice however. They probably feel like they have to make up for the office staff rudeness. The apartments themselves are expensive for their size and are not that great inside as they are made with the bare minimun materials. There is a pool but I do not like swimming in it. It is dirty and always has a layer of scum around the sides. Once we jumped in and the pool smelled like poop!!! That was the last time we have been there. The pool is also always infested with kids...loud, cannonballing kids! We are finally moving out of this place, thank goodness and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I have commented several times regarding Judy. I think it is funny (not really) that they keep her. She really sucks at her job. When I worked with her there she made my job miserable. I hated it! I complained to Pat, the manager, and she didn't care. She picks and chooses who she moves in there anyway. Watch when you come in the door. She will look you over first. They don't do hardly anything but watch TV and smoke all day. Nothing has changed. Pat's brother owns the company so she won't retire any time soon (as she should). Sunblest is so much better and the staff is nicer. Although, Pat and Gary (Sunblest's mgr) are married. I don't know how he does it! Sue is great and runs Sunblest anyway. Maybe that is the difference. Reverting back to when I was there. It's funny they treated me like I was a loser! Now I manage a property twice as big and sure I make twice as much as Judy. I also get high praise for my management style. I guess they could have learned a little something from me. They sure didn't teach me anything! Good luck on your search for a new home. I am glad you are leaving there.
