I have worked at The Woods of Britton for the past five years. I can assure you that I would have never worked here as long as I have if this is the way the majority of our residents felt. I am always proud to say I work at The Woods of Britton, not only because it is a beautiful community, but because of the relationships I have established with a number of the residents that live here or have lived here in the past. There is no possible way to make everyone happy, but I feel we do the very best to resolve everyones problems and address everyones concerns.

As for the maintenance staff, I am confident that we have, without a doubt, the best maintenance staff. The maintenance supervisor has been with the owners for seven years and at this property for four years. He has a total of twenty-seven years experience. He knows this property inside and out. All of the maintenance staff is experienced. We would never suggest a product, like Jet Dry, if we didn't know for sure that it works. However, Fishers has very hard water and there is not much we can do to overcome this.

I wish that this site could show the number of satisfied residents that live here and have lived here. There are always going to be people that are unhappy, no matter what we try to do for them. All I can say is come in and we'll show you how great we are!
