I've lived at WOB for two years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. The only down side is the traffic on 37 and going South in the morning, it's a nightmare. The maintenance staff is EXCELLENT, the leasing staff is also excellent. Unfortunately, they are overpriced and they've priced themselves out of this renter. You can find the exact same apartments right down the road that are a few years older but a couple hundred dollars less per month for all of the same amenities. But overall, WOB is one of the nicest complexes around and the staff cannot be beaten. It's just too bad they cannot come down in pricing somewhat.
