I was excited about moving to Woods of Britton and had heard so many good things. However, I think within the last 6 months the quality of people that are being approved to move in to these apartments has gone down hill. I think at one time there were more older professional adults living here. Now all I see moving in is young loud disrespectful people. The management company seems to be in denial that this apartment community needs a courtesy officer. Fishers used to be a nice neighborhood however it is becoming an extension of the east side of Indianapolis.

We are sorry to hear that this resident feels the the quality of our residents is declining. We maintain very high standards and all potential residents must pass a criminal background check and be screened through a third party credit scoring company called Safe Rent. I am sure that the hundreds of other residents who live hear would strongly disagree. Not sure what they person means by saying we are in denial about needing a courtesy officer. We have always had a Courtesy Officer on staff who is available 24/7. I would encourage anyone who is concerned about crime to contact the Fishers Police Department for an overview of the Fishers area.

I agree with the poster. There is definitely a shady element beginning to creep into Fishers and the Woods of Britton is not immune.

I agree. Just in the past few months I have had quiet neighbors leave and a new loud disrespectful neighbor move in. He seems to think its his right to play his music, tv, video games etc at any level he desires, or so he claims. Noise is definitely up in the community, as well as a younger less professional crowd. Maybe rent needs to be raised to weed out the party crowd.

I have to agree with the statements about the quality of residents moving into apt communities in Fishers.I live at the 32% rating-Lantern Woods-and have noticed the same thing you describe happening at WOB is also happening there. It is ONE of the reasons I am moving from the community.WOB was one of the communities I was considering for a future residence, but after reading these comments, it sounds like I would be getting myself into the same situation I am in now with the "not so desirable" neighbors.

I've lived here almost 4 years and the quality of residents has DEFINITELY declined. When I moved in, my friends and family were also quite impressed with the WOB,---- it's upkeep(grounds especially) trash removal, and especially the high caliber professional residents. ALL THIS HAS GONE BY THE WAYSIDE. It's not the quiet, beautiful surroundings anymore. Becoming more of an expensive ghetto.
