First of all, my review was not malicious, nor did I ever say that you "boasted" having the worst employees. Why would anyone take pride in that fact' When attempting to convey the staff of the Woods of Britton as intelligent and customer-centric, perhaps you should use words in the correct context. (Of course, the educational requirements to be an apartment employee are not the highest)
Not once was I malicious in my review. My experience at Woods of Britton simply wasn't the best. I am sure this apartment is an ideal situation for a few select people, I am just warning renters to be careful. I have heard from several friends and others who have lived at the WOB in the past, and they have all experienced issues with ridiculous charges upon their move out. It just seems that after paying 900.00 a month, it wouldn't be necessary to find other ways to charge people at the end of their lease. Oh well, I am sure that all of us were "irresponsible" owners. Wow, their must be a lot of us that lived there!
Anyways, I digress. Fortunately for me, I was finacially able to pay off the unwarranted charges upon move out with ease, thus eradicating all ties with the Woods of Britton. I simply wrote the review to warn future potential renters who might not have the same financial freedoms, in turn causing strain upon them when moving out. Great post Chad, keep up the good work! :)

I totally agree with this writer. The only time the staff is nice to me is when I am giving them money. When I asked for help with the office equipment they acted as if it was a huge inconvenience for them. When I call about a problem there is no follow through on their part. I can't wait to move out!!!

I am an employee of the Woods of Britton, I have been here for 6 years. I find this review very upsetting. We pride our self on the element of service that we give our residents & our guests. Everyone here works very hard to make certain that you have a nice place to call home. I am certain that majority of our residents will agree with this point. We never make up charges that do not exist, and we would never charge for a light switch or white walls (why would we?). I could never find myself working for a place that I would be ashamed of. I am very sorry that you had problems with your garage as well. I am certain that you will have more problems than this if??? you purchased a home. I to live in a home & you have many things that can arise. No AC in 90 degree weather, No hot water when getting ready for work, Toilet over flowing, & you will have No 24 hour emergency service team to call. Apartment living has its ups & downs, but we always try to make it the best experience possible.

No, I have not encountered nearly the problems in my new home that I had at the Woods of Britton. And yes, I was charged for the walls regardless of what you say....as well as perfectly clean carpet. I could go on and on, but really don't need to waste time on it. After all, I am out of that hell hole...and into a beautiful 3000 square ft. house. Renter beware, this place is a joke.
