I've lived at Woods of Britton for about six months now. I'm suprised to see the recent negative postings! I've liked everything about the place so far. I looked at a ton of places in Indy and the apartments were by far the nicest inside, plus the washer and dryer in unit is a huge plus. The neighboorhood is very nice and well kept. The only problem I had was a pipe leaking in my apartment, but they came the same day to fix it. The staff is friendly, and the maintanance people are very helpful as well.

I'm a young female that lives alone and I feel very safe here. I have not seen anything being shady, and Fishers is alot nicer then alot of other areas I've seen in Indy. Honestly it's almost a little too quiet here, people seem to keep to themselves alot. Good place for a couples and families, but if you are young (just out of college like me) and looking for alot of young professionals around and people to socialize with, this is probably not the place. Regardless though I've been happy with everything here and definitely can appreciate feeling safe and secure here. I still live here so cannot comment on move out and deposits but with the way staff has been shouldn't be a problem!
