I am just not happy here at all. Between the traffic which they cant help, but the age inside, to the homely clubhouse to the sound of 37 all day long. I just wish I would have gone where I wanted and not where the best deal was. A sales girl told me that if the specials are really big than they must have someone bad they are covering up, I thought she was just trying to get me to lease, and I was wrong.
Spend the extra $10 a month, go where it makes the most sense, this place is just not for me...

This, as well as a few of the other "reviews", seem a little suspicious to me. I work at the Woods of Britton and have for almost 3 years. We are just completing a major remodel of our clubhouse and if this person lived here they'd probably know this. The "review" previous to this one said we look like we did "20 years ago..." The trouble with that statement is that we're only around 10 years old. I've been in the business long enough to know that unfortunately competing apartments will sometimes put fake reviews up; good ones for themselves and negative ones for their competitors. So why not just come see for yourself and I think you???ll agree that our apartments, grounds and new clubhouse are beautiful!

I've lived at the Woods of Britton for almost a year, and have loved it since I moved in. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the maintenance guys respond quickly to a service request. It is obvious when you drive onto the property that it is very well maintained - the grounds are beautiful. I've lived in other apartments, and they were all good, but I have to say that this is the best of all! I would recommend the Woods of Britton to any of my friends.

I've been living at the Woods of Britton for almost three years and they provide the best service of any place I've lived in 10 years of renting. The facilities are very well kept and it should be noted they have recently redone the clubhouse.
