I lived in WOB for a year and a half. The site is beautiful, the amenities are great. The 24 hour access we were promised to the business center and clubhouse was not fulfilled. The front door has a lock problem and it hasn't been fixed in the past 6 months. The traffic heading South on 37 is horrible. Plan at least 20 minutes each morning to get onto I-69. I had my car broken into while there. Also, the playground is older and does not conform to industry safety standards. The pricing is way too high. My rent increased $75 when I renewed my lease.
