I loved the green, pond view community! Didnt realize how nice it was or even of its existance until coming across it by accident. After moving in, I realized I was wasting rent in other apartments and wished I knew about this place sooner! I loved Wellington Place, beautiful community, nice setting, connected garages, great location off of 96th street, with grocery shopping, movie theatre, strip malls, banks, gas staions and everything you need within a mile but enough away from all the chaos. No wild college kids, or old retiree's living here. Just respectable, middle to upper class professional career residents. Being military, it was perfect and Wellington Place was always managable with my moving in, long term or short. I had the 2 bedroom/den apartment which was huge at about 1300 sq ft and one can tell some hard $$ went into the building of these apartments. Townhomes were available too, but I had no need. DEFIENTLY MISS THIS PLACE, wish they were in ever location I end up moving too!
