Best apartment I have ever lived in!!!!

Have lived here three years. Wonderful apartments. Management is courteous and respectful of tenants. All maintenance calls are answered promptly. Evidence of their attention to maintenance calls are in writing and always left in clear view so you knew they were there. Preventive maintenance is performed regularly. Grounds are kept up very well. Snow removal is great. We moved here from Mohawk Hills in Carmel. They were terrible in all respects. The difference is night and day. It you want to live on the N/NE side, Wellington Place is the place to be.
