i have lived here for almost 6 months and i love it! the maintenance guys are always quick to fix any problems we've had and the girls in the office are always very helpful as well. in my last community i had problems with hearing every step my neighbors took, but in the time i've lived in wellington i haven't heard a single neighbor. i would definitely recommend this community to anyone seeking an apartment!
